Online citizenship application forms
Online citizenship application forms will be unavailable from 4 pm AEDT (GMT + 11) Friday, 6 November 2009, to 9 am AEDT (GMT + 11) Monday, 9 November 2009. The online forms are being upgraded to include recent legislative changes.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
System maintenance
To allow us to continually improve our systems, online services and products, there will be planned system maintenance on the following days:
Wednesdays
Every Wednesday from 6 am to 8 am AEDT (GMT + 11).
The following systems may become unavailable during the above times:
- eLodgement (eVisa and Citizenship)
- Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO)
- LEGENDcom.
Should you receive a 'Server 500' error message during this time you are encouraged to try again after 8 am (GMT + 11).
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Technical issues
Visa Holders currently trying to access their visa details using their Transaction Reference Number (TRN) in Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO), may be experiencing difficulties.
Should you be unable to login successfully
to VEVO using your TRN and you are in Australia, please call the department
and arrange for a password to be created.
