Completing online eVisa applications lodged outside Australia
Enquiries about visa eligibility, obligations and help with completing applications for clients using the eVisa system from outside Australia can be directed to the department using our online enquiry forms. You will need to use a different form depending on your assessment level (AL) and country of lodgement.
AL1 eVisa applicants
Clients from AL1 countries should contact the Perth Offshore Students Processing Centre.

AL2-4 eVisa trial
If an approved eVisa agent has submitted a student visa application from countries participating in the AL2-4 eVisa trial, they can contact the department for assistance.
