The DIAC Strategic Plan 2008-11

The DIAC Strategic Plan 2008-11 is a blue print of how the department intends to manage its policies, programs and service delivery over the next three years. It is a key document influencing how we will work with each other, our stakeholders and the community.

The plan also provides the framework for the integration of budgets, priorities and plans for all levels of our business. To ensure the plan continues to reflect government priorities over the next three years, an annual review process has been built in.

The Secretary launched The DIAC Strategic Plan 2008-11 on 12 September 2008.
