Senate order on the reporting of departmental contracts - The Murray Motion

The Murray Motion report sets out departmental contracts with consideration to the value of $100 000 or more which have not been fully performed or were entered into during the 12 month reporting period.

Government policy specifies that specific procurement procedures are to be followed when the value of the property or services subject on a particular procurement is above the $10,000 threshold.

The department advertises Requests for Tenders for projects and Expressions of Interest, on the Government Tendering website, as per the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.
